| 182034 Boat builder, Skaterow, Fetteresso, Kincardine 1823389 Boat builder, Crollihilloch 183163 Boat builder, Skaterow, Fetteresso, Kincardine 20th October 1838589 Stamped Inventory of The personal Estate of Andrew Christie At Stonehaven the Twentieth day of October in the year One Thousand eight hundred and thirty eight, In presence of Hugh Fullerton Esquire Commis- sary Depute of Kincardineshire, Compeased Alexander Brown Writer in Stonehaven as Procurator, and gave in the Inventory and oath thereon underwritten, desiring that the same might be inserted and registered in the Commissary Court Books of the said Shire, and of which the principal being written on paper denoting a stamp duty of One pound Stirling the tenor follows Voigd. Inventory of the Personal Estate of Andrew Christie Boatbuilder at Sketraw, in the Parish of Fetteresso, who died on or about the twenty eight day of July Eighteen hundred and thirty eight, with interest due on principal sums of that date. 1. Value of the deceaseds household furniture, crop, and other subjects as per Inventory & Appraisement of James Officer Licenced Auctioneer in Stonehaven, taken on the eighteenth day of August 1838 £. 40 1 5 2. Principal sum due by Deposit receipt granted by the Agent for the Bank of Scotland at Stonehaven dated tenth August 1837 £. 50 .. .. Interest thereon 1 6 .. £. 51 6 .. 3. Balance of Bill drawn by the deceased upon and accepted by John Taylor at Burnside of Elrick and John Begg at Mill of Elsick dated 27th April 1838 and payable four months after date one pound of which having been without value 8 .. .. At Netherley the sixteenth day of October Eighteen hundred and thirty eight years, In presence of George Silver Esquire of Netherley, one of Her Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Kincardineshire, Commissioner named and appointed by the Commissary Depute of the said County. Appeared John Christie, Boat Builder at Sketraw, in the parish of Fetteresso, Brother consanguieneous of the deceased Andrew Christie, Boat-builder at Sketraw aforesaid; who being solemnly sworn and examined Depones, That the said Andrew Christie died on or about the twenty eighth day of July last, and the Deponent has entered upon the possession and management of the deceaseds personal Estate as Executor dative quâ nearest in kin decerned to him by the said Commissary. That the Deponent does not know of any Settlement or writing relative to the disposal of the deceaseds Personal Estate or effects or any part of them. That the fore- going Inventory, which is signed by the Deponent and Commissioner as relative hereto is a full and true Inventory of all the Personal or moveable Estate and effects of the said deceased Andrew Christie wheresoever situated, already recovered or known to be existing belonging or due to him beneficially at the time of his death: And that the value of the said Estate situated in Scotland is of the value of Twenty and under the value of One hundred pounds Stirling.
